Researcher

About

I’m Christiana Rebelle, PhD, MBA, a perinatal health educator, researcher, and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health. With over 20 years of experience in prenatal wellness and academic publishing, I help researchers, clinicians, graduate students, and community-based professionals develop publication-ready scholarship in maternal and perinatal health. My work bridges scholarly publishing, clinical practice, and community-informed research, with expertise in manuscript development, peer review, and open-access dissemination.

Share Your Research with the World

Publishing turns meaningful work into evidence that can shape policy, inform care, and strengthen communities.

I provide mentorship and publication support for scholars, clinicians, and community-based professionals who want to translate their insights into peer-reviewed, open-access research.

Whether your work began as a dissertation, a clinical innovation, a program evaluation, or a practice observation, I guide you through clarification, refinement, and journal submission so your work can reach the audiences it was meant to serve.

Why Your Work Matters

Research and insights from real-world practice can shape policy, inform care, and support families and providers, but only if they’re shared. I’m here to help you elevate and publish it with clarity, purpose, and confidence.

Your work can be the beginning of real change. Virginia Apgar’s early clinical work led to the Apgar Score, now used in delivery rooms worldwide. Ann Oakley’s thesis redefined childbirth. These pioneers began their careers with research that reshaped entire fields.

Not every study needs to be groundbreaking to matter. A midwife’s documentation of a community birth program. A doula’s observation of a care gap. A program director’s outcome data. These, too, are the building blocks of evidence that guide future research, practice, and policy. That contribution matters. Let’s make sure your work has the impact it deserves.

Partner With Me

Together we can expand access to meaningful maternal and perinatal scholarship

Many graduate projects and community-led insights never reach publication, leaving valuable work inaccessible to those who could benefit most.

Partner with me to help your scholars and community leaders translate meaningful work into open-access, peer-reviewed publications that advance equity and real-world impact.

Together, we can remove structural barriers to publication, broadening who shapes the evidence base and strengthening the connection between research, policy, and care.

Partnership Benefits

    • Increase scholarly output and visibility without increasing workload
    • Support scholars and community-based leaders with career-building, impactful publications
    • Advance equity in knowledge dissemination by amplifying underrepresented voices
    • Demonstrate leadership in open science and public-impact scholarship

Partnerships are flexible and can be structured at the program, department, cohort, or grant level. Each partnership is tailored to align with your institution’s mission, funding priorities, and open-access goals.

Whether you’re interested in publishing or partnership, I’d love to hear from you.
